Bubbles & Brunch – 12:30PM Seating

Join award winning Chef Ashley of Southern with a French Twist for a multi-course brunch paired with artisan sparkling wine. She will be partnering with Sommly featuring Six Twist Sparkling from Fredericksburg, Texas.This limited ticketed event at the luxury boutique hotel, Sophie’s Gasthaus, includes a multi-course brunch by Chef Ashley. Each course will be paired with sparkling wine from Six Twist Sparking. Additional bottles will also be available for purchase throughout the morning. Non-alcoholic options will also be available. Brunch will start at 12:30pm and end at 2:00pm. Parking is available in front of and across the street from Sophie’s on San Antonio Street. Brunch Menu: Amuse bouche – gougeres, First course savory – Grilled brie with tomato jam and toasted baguette slices, Second course savory – Creamed corn grits with bacon and poached lobster, Third course sweet – Cinnamon French toast with blueberry peach compote vanilla mascarpone and maple drizzle, Fourth course sweet – Zeppoles with raspberry mousse
