Kelyn with Buka Bakehouse will prepare a multi-course Mediterranean dinner that will be paired with wines from a local vineyard. limited ticketed event. Non-alcoholic options will also be available. Menu: Roasted grape and whipped feta crostini, Hummus and red pepper walnut dip with homemade pita, Asparagus salad with arugula, edamame, herbs and preserved lemon vinaigrette, Lamb tagine with couscous and Casablanca sauce, Baklava sundae with honey caramel, pistachio butter and buttery phyllo.
